Mammogram Eligibility for Women

A woman is eligible for a digital mammogram screening if she:
• Is at least 40 years of age
• Has not had a mammogram in the past year
• Has no current breast problems or complaints

Know before your Appointment:
• All major insurances are accepted.
• No referrals necessary for an annual mammogram.
• Results are sent to the patient and their healthcare provider.

Please bring a picture ID and insurance card.
